Belema is the sweetest server I've ever had at a place like this. So personable and attentive to customers even during busy hours. If you're ever visiting be sure to ask for her!

his is one of the newer lounge/bar spots in the DuPont circle area. It has a pretty nice decor your standard neon light sign with the grassy wall background perfect for meeting all your social media photo needs. There's a long bar with ample seating surrounded by couches and sofa chairs, some in the shape of a shoe. They host brunch from 12-5pm and a subsequent day party after from 5-9pm on Saturday's however they're open during the week as well. The music there is usually a mashup of classic and current r&b and hip hop. Their brunch features options for bottomless mimosas or margarita towers for $30 and $40 respectively. Their standard food menu includes items like beef sliders, grilled chicken wings (which are really good), loaded Mac and cheese with lobster and shrimp, etc. as prices range from around $15-$30 for most items. They also have hookah available and on my several visits here the staff has always been pretty attentive with regards to service (ask for Amena she'll make sure you're taken care of). Definitely a much needed lounge spot in this particular part of the city so I recommend checking them out whenever you're in the area.

Pretty and clean lounge but the night I visited there was a private event so I wasn't able to enjoy the main floor and the upstairs area was empty so I left after one drink. I'd like to go back and experience it on a night where it's open fully to the general public since it is a nice space.
